IDDORIC© Collaborative Organization Change and Strategy Development Methodology Click here for presentation IDDORIC© is a seven step iterative methodology to facilitate “Change”, or new initiatives/programs, in your organization. It will lead your management and staff through the successful development, implementation, and control of change initiatives. Identification Key deliverable – a clearly articulated brief of the Change objective and context for the Data Gather component. Discovery aka Data Gather. Key deliverable is a correlated matrix of data in preparation for the Diagnose facilitated workshop. Diagnose Facilitated Collaborative Workshop. Key deliverable is a consolidated, validated, prioritized view of the data gathered, the organization environment and processes in the context of achieving the Change objective. Options Key deliverable is one or more “Road Map” documents, with associated Key Success Factor’s, laid out in the context of the corporate strategy and timeline. Recommendation Facilitated Collaborative Workshop. Key deliverable is the agreed upon Integrated Strategic Change Plan that will be implemented. Implementation Key deliverable is the Project Plan to implement the initiative. Controls Key deliverable of the Controls phase is the “new” management plan with metric reports, measures, processes, roles and responsibilities etc. identified and documented in the context of a Continuous Improvement paradigm. |
